ERA Year 13s
Dear students,
Your assessment on rates will be next week. It will be a 90 minute paper and will include questions on the practical work we have done this topic, as well as the points covered in the powerpoint I shared in the holidays.
13C - please bring your PAG work to the lesson on Wednesday. I will look through your PAG folders while you are doing the paper.
Please come and see me if you have any questions about how to prepare for this assesment.
Miss Rayment

ERA Homework for next week
Using the student sheet, on a separate piece of lined paper with the title PAG 10.1 (teacher demo) and the date please write:
1. The method for this reaction, but with suitable equipment included in every step of the method
2. A table of results - make sure you include the quantities of each reagent in this table
3. Answers to the analysis questions and the extension questions (good exam prep).
Following this, please got to www.bit.ly/PAG101 and make a results table in the google spreadsheet with your name on it.
It should automatically calculate the concentration of iodine and the rate. This calculation will be different as the concentrations you are given in the PAG are different.
